STAR - Strategies for Teaching Arts in Residence

Lotos STAR Education Programme is an educational initiative focusing on linking arts practitioners with under-serviced communities. By fostering fruitful working partnerships between international artists, Lotos promotes work of a scope and with an appeal that crosses national and cultural boundaries.

Lotos Collective is committed to performance practice as research, pursuing dialogues with the academic community, and combining artistic with pedagogic practice.

A commitment to broadening the pool of collaborators and audience base through community outreach fosters integration of non-established audiences, spaces and artists.

This production of inter-disciplinary work welcomes diverse artists, practitioners and scholars as collaborators.
